SIZING YOUR RING:
Visit a jewelry store and have your ring finger sized with the metal narrow sizing bands. Jewelry stores will carry wide and narrow ring sizers. Use the narrow ring sizers to report your finger size. In some cases the jeweler will provide you a size he or she thinks you should wear or a size based on a ring you tried on, please just report your finger size.
NOTE: The Black Titanium rings cannot be resized. There is a $65 dollar charge to exchange your ring should you order the incorrect size. This fee covers return shipping and additional shipping costs and handling to restock the ring.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction but we need you to do your part. Please insure you get measured properly. Our rings are comfort fit rings.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you receive your ring and it does not fit properly we will exchange for you within 7 days of receipt of ring. The ring must be returned in NEW and UNUSED Condition. The exchange charge is $65 dollars to handle shipping and handling costs.
RETURN POLICY:
If you receive your ring and do not like it for any reason you can return your ring for a refund. Restocking fees on the Black Titanium Rings are set at $65 dollars plus original shipping charges are not refunded. The ring must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of ring. Please contact us at furthers@yahoo.com and we will provide all information on where to send your ring. The ring must be returned in NEW and UNUSED Condition.
